Why Do I Need a Ticket?

The Schindler’s Factory Museum is one of Kraków’s most visited historical sites. It houses the permanent exhibition “Kraków under Nazi Occupation 1939–1945”, located inside the original administrative building of Oskar Schindler’s former enamelware factory.

Due to limited space and high demand, entry is regulated by a timed-ticket system. All visitors need a valid ticket, even on days with free admission. Booking in advance is strongly recommended – especially in high season or during weekends.
